Army lists
Army-list text is analysed in your browser. The current public beta does not upload your pasted list content to a Titan Verdict account or database.
Data stored on your device
Your two most recent list entries, selected mission, selected game system and language preference are saved in your browser's local storage so they remain available when you return on the same device. You can replace or clear this information through the list controls or your browser settings.
Accounts and subscriptions
Account sign-in is optional and is handled by the hosting platform. Titan Verdict reads the authenticated email address for the active session, converts it into a one-way account identifier and does not store the raw email address or a password in its subscription database.
The account database stores the one-way identifier, plan, subscription status, monthly usage allowance, usage count, billing-period dates and whether you reserved the Founding Commander offer. If paid billing is activated, it may also store opaque customer and subscription references supplied by the payment provider. Card details will remain with the payment provider.
Email correspondence
If you contact Titan Verdict by email, your address and message will be used to respond to your enquiry and retained only as reasonably necessary for support, legal or security purposes.
Hosting information
The hosting platform may process routine technical request information needed to deliver and secure the website, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps and error records.
Anonymous product analytics
Titan Verdict records a small set of first-party events to understand whether the public beta works. These include a homepage view, the selected game system or mission, whether a comparison completed with parser warnings, the rating and category chosen when preparing feedback, and a generic classification when the page encounters a technical error.
The analytics database does not receive army-list text, army names, feedback comments, email addresses, IP addresses, browser identifiers or a persistent user or session identifier. Event records contain only an approved event type, an optional approved category, the selected game system and a timestamp. They are used for aggregate product improvement and error monitoring, not advertising or behavioural profiling.
Retention
Aggregate beta analytics are retained only while they are useful for evaluating and improving the public beta, and are reviewed for deletion periodically. Account and subscription records are retained while the account is active and for a limited period afterwards where required for billing, security, dispute resolution or legal obligations.
Your choices
You may use the comparator without an account during the public beta, sign out at any time and remove locally saved information through your browser's site-data controls. To request access to, correction or deletion of account information, email privacy@titanverdict.com.
